You will be invoiced when payment is due and can pay by cheque once a year in advance.

You will enjoy continuity of customer service i.e. when problems arise, you will always speak to the same person – who will be familiar with the history and details of your account – and be able to make any necessary changes to your profile.

mc2websites will provide IT support to you and your personnel to resolve issues relating to your hosting package. No charge will be made for this support.

For a fee of £108 per year mc2websites offers a complete EMAIL SOLUTIONS PLAN.

This fee includes full IT support for Email accounts, e.g. setting up new accounts, changing account details when personnel change, resolving problems relating to the sending and receiving of mail.
